We are the Grant Family ~ Courtney is American from Naples, Florida.  Seneca is a "Kiwi" from North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand.  They met and married (2007) in the Bay of Islands, Northland, NZ.  Together they have three children, Seneca's son Sam (2000), daughter Piper (2007) and son Rivers (2011).

The name of their business, Keewaydin, came about from Courtney's childhood. A childhood spent enjoying the gorgeous coastal Keewaydin Island for relaxation and rejuvination.  

Coconuts, palm trees, white powdery sand, blue skies, Gulf of Mexico balmy breezes, scuffling crabs, pelicans, seagulls, and spectacular sunsets!  

 

They experienced holistic family weekends, fun packed with outdoor adventures and connecting with nature at every turn.  Turtling, shelling, beach combing, camping, boating, sailing, swimming, water skiing, picnicking and observing marine and island wildlife.  It was the place where her family was happy and shared a feeling of well-being!

It was a place for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of very community service committed lives on the mainland, and reconnecting to the basic values their family held dear.

Seneca and Courtney chose this name of their business to bring a bit of this same sentiment and value to what they share, teach and practice with their clients and services.  

 

We hope each family creates their own significant memories which is last them a lifetime!
